The registration fee for delegates includes admission to the Get-together Reception on Sunday evening, the Concert on Monday evening, as well as access to all sessions, coffee breaks and congress materials. Register early to benefit from reduced fees!

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the Get-together Reception on Sunday evening, the Concert on Monday evening, as well as the Guided Tour of Salamanca on Tuesday morning and Guided Tour Cathedrals on Friday morning.

All presenters are required to register for the Congress and pay the corresponding registration fees.

Cancellation and refund policy

Participants unable to attend will receive a refund (less 25% for administration charges) for requests received in writing before 5 August, 2004. There will be no refund after this date. Refunds will be issued after the congress.


ACCOMMODATION

Please find hereinafter the list of hotels booked for the congress by the congress secretariat.

Cancellation and refund policy:

All incoming requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The payment of the total amount of your hotel reservation is required. No hotel reservations will be processed and confirmed until receipt of the corresponding payment. VIAJES IBERIA CONGRESOS is authorized to reserve an alternative accommodation at another category should your preferences be unavailable. Reservation requests received after July 1st will be on availability basis. Any change of hotel reservations or cancellations must be addressed to VIAJES IBERIA CONGRESOS in writing, not to the hotel. Changes or modifications on arrival and departure patterns can be made until 1st July. After this date no reduction on the length of your stay will be admitted. For cancellations received before 1st July there will be full refund less a handling fee of 50 €.
For cancellations received after this date or no-shows the entire stay of your reservation will not be refunded.

B) Registration by fax or mail

You may also register and book your hotel by fax or mail by completing and returning the attached registration and accommodation form (word file). Send the form along with payment information to the Congress Secretariat. Upon receipt of payment you will be sent the confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation.
Bank transfer and credit card payments are permitted for registrations by fax or mail.
