Dear Sir or Madam:

As you may know, this year the meeting of Euroanalysis XIII is to be held in Salamanca (Spain). Euroanalysis is the series of biennial conferences on Analytical Chemistry in Europe initiated by the division of Analytical Chemistry of the Federation of European Chemical Societies (DAC-FECS). The Sociedad Española de Química Analítica ( SEQA), responsible for organising the Congress this year, invites you to participate in the industrial and book exhibition that will accompany the Meeting.

Following a successful approach well established in international Conferences, the exhibition held at the University of Salamanca, Spain will be integrated with the poster session in the foyers outside the lecture halls. Uniform and visually attractive exhibition booths will be provided by a company experienced in supervising and working at exhibitions and we are confident that these will meet you demands as regards furnishing your stands.
The Organising Committee of the Congress is considering the possibility of including in the sessions program some specific presentations for the industrial exhibition. The organisation of these presentations will depend on the number of requests presented.

The rent for the ready-to-use stand will be € 230.00 per m2 in its standard form (from at least 6 m²):
aluminium exhibition building system, white walls, grey carpeted floor (colour-neutral), 1 table, 2 chairs (from 8 m²: 4 chairs), 1 counter, lights 50 w. per m2, 1 plug connector.

It is possible to rent empty space. In this case, the price will be reduced to € 180.-/m².

Inscription of the screening board (firm name and logo) as well as other accomplishments and special stand equipment will be taken care of by the exhibition enterprise at additional charge.

Additionally, we offer an "all-inclusive-package" as follows:
- 6 m² ready-to-use stand including a ticket for the scientific program 275€. Total € 1.655.00, or
- 6 m² empty space including a ticket for the scientific program 275€. Total € 1.355.00 .

Special arrangement for publishers
Prices for the book exhibition will be the same as those for the industrial exhibition and will depend on the number of square meters needed.
The rent for the ready-to-use stand will be € 230.00 per m2
The rent for empty space €180.00-/m².

Publication of advertisements in the Abstracts Book.
It is possible to publish advertisements in the Abstracts Book. The price will be 200.00€. for half a page and 350.00€. for a full page.

Since there are only a few exhibition stands for rent, you should register before May 4 de 2004 using the attached form if you wish to take part as an exhibitor at EUROANALYSIS XIII, Salamanca, Spain.
