On-line submission now available!

All those interested in presenting abstracts at the Euroanalysis XIII Conference are invited to submit their work to the Program Committee for review. The deadline for abstract submissions is June 2, 2004.

Instructions:

a) Abstracts should describe original, unpublished work.

b) Authors are permitted to submit a maximum of ONE abstract as a presenting author. There is no limit on co-authorship.

c) Abstracts must be written in ENGLISH only.

d) Authors will be notified of the status of their submission(s), together with information on the presentation date and time, by June 30, 2004. The Scientific Committee will consider the author's preference in assigning abstracts by presentation type. Please note, however, that the program structure will only allow for a limited number of oral presentations.

e) All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Abstracts will not be edited by the Congress Secretariat prior to publication.

f) All presenters are required to register for the congress and pay the corresponding registration fees. Payment of registration fees must be received by June 2, 2004, for inclusion in the congress program.

Abstract Content

There is only one option for submitting abstracts on-line: word format. For this option, a template will be e-mailed to you and you must cut and paste your abstract into the template and upload it via the congress website. The abstract should not exceed one page DIN A-4 size. Once the abstract is submitted, you will not be able to make any changes.
The word file must be uploaded from a PC. Mac computers are not allowed.

2) You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your acces key and the template. Once you have filled the template with your abstract, you will forwarded to this page again.
